1. Where are you located?
   Ans: We are conveniently located next to Mayflower MRT station (Exit 1). Parking spaces are readily available at our shop front!

2. Can we walk-in to see puppies?

3. Do you take reservation for puppies?
   Ans: Yes, please contact us for more information on puppy reservation.
   
   

4. Are all your puppies imported?
   Ans: Yes, our puppies are all imported from trusted breeders who breed ethically and responsibly. Puppies are all health-checked, microchipped and have at least 2 vaccination before arriving Singapore.
   
   

5. Do you have any Tea Cups or Crossbreed puppies?
   Ans: No. We are the only pet shop in Singapore who do not sell cross-breed puppies. We do not advocate teacups or puppies that are bred smaller than usual on purpose.
   
   

6. Do you provide puppy sourcing services?
   Ans: Yes, we do provide sourcing services mainly from UK and Australia. Please contact us for more information on sourcing for your dream puppy!
   
   

7. What do you sell in store?
   Ans: Other than puppies, we also carry dog food and supplies from trusted brands. You may drop by our store for a quick shop or cart out conveniently online via our Shopee page!
   
   

8. Do you provide grooming services?
   Ans: Unfortunately, we do not provide grooming services now.
   
   

9. What should I expect before getting a puppy?

10. What are the payment methods?
    Ans: We accept payment via Cash, Bank Tansfer, PayNow, Grabpay and Credit Card (Subject to additional service fees).
    
    

11. Do you export puppies out of Singapore?

    Ans: No, we do not export puppies out of Singapore.
